I know it's out of state, but since Wheeling isn't that far I thought I'd ask if anyone has visted the Artisan Center in Wheeling. Online it looks great and the package seems reasonable since everything is included in the price. If anyone has been to a wedding there or looked into and might have some information that would be great to hear. Thanks.
