  You send an email and they never actually follow through with it.  I requested my old username be deleted around Labor Day and it still hasn't been.

  I did a search and this is what I found. We're so sorry to hear that your wedding has been canceled. Just email us at membersupport@theknot.com with the subject line “Delete My Membership” and we'll take care of it within 72 hours. You will not receive a confirmation.
