Is there any bride looking for June 16, 2012 wedding at the Atlantic Beach Club? We made a deposit...2500....and changed our mind about the size of the wedding, and no longer want to use the venue....if i wanted to go with a big wedding, it is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! i have finally won the battle to have a smaller wedding with my fiancee :-) anyway, if i can recover the deposit, the date is open...

we are having the ceremony and reception at Spain in Narragansett...it is absolutely perfect for what i wanted all along...lol...i really had my heart set on a smaller/intimate (90-100people) wedding, and now i get to have it!

Oh no!! I knew someone looking for ANY newport venue for June but they were all booked!!
So she just booked two weeks ago in Westport, MA instead for June 16th!!!. I'm sorry the timing didn't work out better!

spain is great! their service is what really sets them apart. and the food is pretty good too. glad you got the small party you wanted :) I will think of you when we are at 160 in ABC on 9/14 :)

Would they maybe let you put the deposit towards having your rehearsal dinner there instead? Or a day-after brunch? Just ideas. They're still getting your money and business, just for something different.

thank you! i have to say, if i wasn't so set on a more intimate wedding (it is our second lol) i would love to use the venue, but i have always wanted a smaller wedding, and my fiance talked me into a large one (250 people!) and what insanity made me intially agree...i have no idea...lol....
