We're getting married in May and recently decided that we want a videographer in case my grandparents can't make the trip up to RI for the wedding. I absolutely love Mike Picard and Chris Walsh's style, but I can't justify spending that much. We're looking to spend less than $1500. I like Sure Shot Videography's style and their price, but then found some not so great reviews on them via weddingwire. Can you recommend someone? We're heading up to RI this weekend to tie up loose ends and would love to meet with one or two videographers. Thanks!

We are working with Sure Shot. I found those same reviews and it made my stomach drop so I had FI call and find out what was going on. Apparently Jesse was having some health issues so he fell behind on his work. We finally received our signed contract last week so I think he's on the mend but I completely understand if you're still weary about them. We had already put our deposit down when we found the reviews or we'd have probably steered clear too. His assistant (or whoever answered the phone) seemed very helpful to my FI so we're hopeful that everything will be great.

We are going with Fresh Focus Productions, they are not as widely known but Michelle has been great to work with and offer competitive pricing. They provided multiple samples that were just what we were looking for, I think they are right about in your price range. GL!

We went with Conte Sound Productions. They were professional, worked within our budget, and provided us with an amazing video!! They were definitely one of my favorite vendors.

I had met David from Hut producations at a bridal show at some point. His prices were under 1000 and his work was good.
