Hello Everyone!

Since we cannot get married by my relative in SC due to their marriage laws, I wondered if you can get married by a notary or officiant at city hall? We are getting married in Hilton Head, SC, so it would be in Beaufort County. I know friends of mine have done it in NYC and Chicago, but I didn't know if Hilton Head or SC has that available for people as well. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
