Try looking at Cove Lake Park, The Cove at Concord Park ($65 for the whole day) both are very beutiful.

Some of the area parks have pavillions for under 100 bucks to reserve. Also, I think if you join a church, you can use their facilities cheaper than if you were a non-member.
You might consider renting a lovely cabin and having the wedding and reception there.
