H's cousin got married at Vintage Villas over 10 years ago. We also went to an open house there 2 years ago and it is still a nice place. You can always look into traditional Hotels. They always have a ballroom or something that can be used.

The Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort is really pretty. I think they are actually doing a bridal open house soon. May be worth checking out.

I'm new here, more of a lurker, and just started planning my wedding but wanted to give my input. Have you looked at Hideout on the Horseshoe? www.hideoutweddings.com I received information from them recently during my venue search. You rent the property for the weekend and they have lodging on site. We haven't set a date yet, still in the early stages of planning, but I am highly considering having my wedding there.

H and I stayed here years ago when we were still dating. It is a very nice place and enjoyed our weekend there.

For the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort the Bridal Open House is this weekend February 4th from 10:30am to 2:30pm. It think it is posted here on the knot.
