I am doing the same exact thing... I am still in the preliminary stages so I don't have a ton of advice but it seems like it is going to be a great option.

I'm doing this too! I used Sandbridge Realty. You can go online to their website and the other realtor above, Siebert Realty and look at the list of houses that you can hold events at. (Only certain homes will allow it) I'm actually doing all of it from Pennsylvania, but have been down to Sandbridge twice for planning. We're doing a low key backyard BBQ style wedding but still with a traditional ceremony feel :)

Do you know how many people you would have at your wedding and if you'd be having it catered?

We also are looking to do a beach BBQ type deal. We are looking into a few places, but might be leaning towards Beach Bully BBQ. We have a100 guest limit.

Hello all! we are planning our wedding at the sweetwater house next may. I have been having trouble with photographers and djs contacting me back planning from ny. any suggestions???? n Response to Re: Sandbridge beach wedding:
