 It really depends on what "cost effective" means to you. We all have different budgets in mind. What are you looking to spend total, or per plate? What are you wanting included? Sit-down dinner, passed apps, bartender, buffet, etc?

 Are you at the Rosehill Community Center? We were debating this. I would have a full service buffet or sit down caterer. It is hard if you have to think about renting linens, plates, silverware etc on top of everything else.

There are some good ones in Arlington but I forgot pretty much everyone's name since it was awhile ago.

 Yeah I am getting married at Rosehill! I'd like sit down. We dont exactly have a budget yet. We have been just picking out the best deals for what we want.
