Weight loss.. I find myself wondering if you plateaued at some point and couldn’t jump start again… I successfully dropped almost 30lbs (with a trainer and chef by request), but the last 10lbs just won’t budge! I’m giving myself till June to get it done. Before I panic and see a plastic surgeon. What has worked for you?

IWhenever I plateau I switch something up. I love to lift weights, but wasn't progressing as much as I'd like so I switched to using kettlebells for a month. Holy moly. I was sore in places I didn't know existed. I also lost 3lbs (I'm not trying to lose weight) and when I went back to lifting I was stronger.
