I am having the same problem with my wedding. I live in Seattle, have a restaurant that I know I want to use, and no where to have it at since all the venues I found make you use an "exclusive" caterer. The only place other than Lake Union Crew is the Lake Washington Row Club, which is also on Lake Union. If anyone else finds another venue, please post :)
