I'm looking for ideas for places to take wedding pictures in Racine, WI. The wedding ceremony and reception are both in Downtown Racine. I will definitely be having the wedding party take pictures at the Wind Point Lighthouse, but I'm stuck on where else to go. I had thought about having the limo take us to Petrified Springs Park in Kenosha, but I'm not sure if the 30 minute would be too long of a drive just for pictures.
Any ideas? Advice? Thanks!

my friend got married in racine last year, we did some picures by the marina by the chancery... it was a nice location (and you can grab some drinks at the bar too)!

There's a little lookout balcony thing if you go all the way down Christopher Columbus Causeway (just north of festival site). I've taken pics there with other wedding parties and that's where I got engaged. It's really nice and you can see the lake in the background.
Wustum art museum is also beautiful. They have gardens where you can take pics, but you may need to look into getting permission and whatnot first.

Yes for Wustum you probably do have to get permission to take photos there. My wedding will be at Wustum Museum in the garden and I would be Super Mad if another bride came during my wedding at started taking pictures.

Eh, I would skip the 30 minute drive to Kenosha. I was really surprised how long pictures took! Check into parks, too.
