I would explain the situation to your dad, and maybe not have such a formal dance with him and skip the announcement. Maybe pick a sepcial song that has meaning between you both try and have it played a bit later than the norm if there are few other people out on the dance floor your MIL may not notice so much.

I am in the same situation. I am super close to my dad, so we are keeping the father/daughter dance. I do not want to miss out on this moment to dance with my dad. My fiance has a strained relationship with his mom and he knows dancing with her will not be genuine so he isn't going to. We are not going to make a big deal out of it. The DJ is announcing my fiance and me to do our dance. then my dad and I will then the DJ is going to invite the bridal party and do a snowball dance to get everyone out on the floor.
