live or Ipod?

I have no problem doing the Ipod for the reception. I think DJs are overrated and too expensive and as we are more having a party than a reception, I think it fits. (Also no first dance, etc.) But, I really wanted live music for the ceremony. I am on a tight budget, and so we looked into getting musicians from the local high school. Well, that was no good. My FI and I are pretty dead set on the type of music we want. We could have live music if we went with a piano player, but as we are having the wedding in a garden, I don't see how that would work. Does anybody have any suggestions?

You could rent a PA/sound engineer and have them set up a PA that would allow the piano to be heard throughout.

We are having two friends play their classical guitars. Or, I had a friend who heard two horn players at a coffee shop and asked them if they were interested. They were super cheap and everyone loved them. Is there a coffee shop where occasional locals have open-mike night?
