Music Help Please!!!

Ok girls, with 9 days to go we have picked out NO music beside our first dance song.... please help!!  Also, for my father/daughter dance song.... my father passed away, so I am dancing with my step-father, so nothing like Daddy's little girl.  Just don't know what to use!!!  Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!! Thanks!

    As for your father-daughter dance, what mood are you going for? Something a little faster, like "My Girl"? or still a complete slow dance, like "My Wish" by Rascal Flatts? What type of music do you like/are looking for? Let us know what other songs you need help with and I am sure ideas will start coming!

    Unforgettable, The way you look tonight, Hero, Landslide...I would definitely do slow songs during dinner. Do you still need ceremony music as well?

    Have you asked your DJ for a list?  They can give you ideas.  OR you can just create a list of songs that you DON'T want played and give the DJ some freedom.  OR you can do something in between and guide him with types of music.

    Lol, ok so make a DO NOT play list..... Definitely a slow song for father/daughter.... he is not a good dancer! :) I need it all.... cake, garter, bouquet toss, etc!

    Lol no problem! I am kinda obsessed with music (We already have a lot of ours decided mainly because FI is just as obsessed) so I knew right where to look! Let us know what you end up choosing!!! And no matter what, make sure that the music shows the personalities of both you and your FI :)

    Thats what I'm trying to do, which is why deciding is so hard!  I don't want typical songs, but I dont want songs no one has ever heard before either!

    ang, i meant to respond to this! i was going to use "your song" by elton john for my father-daughter dance, but steve really wanted it for his mother-son dance and i let him use it. it's a nice, non "daddy's little girl" song that your stepfather prob likes!
