 No, you don't need one.  If it is a close family friend you could consider getting one for them, but you would want to check with them about it first.  If they're wearing any kind of traditional ceremonial robes they have rules about what they can and can't attach to them.

 If your pastor wears a robe, then don't worry about it.  Otherwise, a boutonniere (for a man) or corsage (for a woman) would be a lovely gesture.
