I'm planning to order flowers and DIY my bouquets, but I'm completely stumped on what to use. My dress is ivory, and the BM dresses are a wine color. My other wedding colors are a light green, with some silver accents. I know the flowers don't HAVE to match the wedding colors exactly. Anyone have some suggestions?

I went with all white, but our wedding was black & white/cream.
I peeked at your bio and see you are getting married in late October. You can use seasonal flowers like mums, or flowers that are grown year round from flower farms, like roses, hydrangeas, calla lillies, asiatic or stargazer lillies.
With a wine colored dress you could use pink or dark red (close to wine), in roses. Mums could be golden yellow or white. Asiatic lillies come in yellow, white and rust. Stargazer lillies (one of my favorites due to their sweet smell) are generally multiple colors of fuschia/pink/darker pink. Calla lillies come in white, yellow or a dark maroon.
Any of those will make a lovely bouquet. You can get the green in there with greenery/leaves.

Pale green hydrangeas with wine roses would be lovely. I have heard that hydrangeas can be fussy to work with.

Pink cloud orchids with bombay wine celosias. Some simple white fillers would make your bouquet really pop.

Check this out, I LOVE this bouquet, and you could get creative with floral choices. Pictured here is a blush calla lily, chocolate cosmos, white mums or peonies, and ivy foliage. You could mix in a lime green as well
