I posted this in the Ceremony Ideas board before I was told there is a Flower board.
Does anyone have an idea of approximately how many roses it would take to make the aisle look like these photos? We're going to use white rose petals. Also, which looks better, all in the aisle or just lining the edge of the aisle?

I personally like the second one better, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't biased towards neat lines.

I like the first one, are you going to puchase real petals a less expensive alternative could be boxes of synthetic ones from a craft store, no one will ever know!
Also if you are doing and outdoor wedding I just saw something really cool in TK magazine for spring it is stilleto savers so they don't go into the grass.
