Hi Everyone,
I was hoping to get some suggestions from you for my reception ity is going to be held around 2:00 and is going to be a heavy appetizer/ cocktail reception.  We are doing beer, wine, champagne, and a signature drink, but I need some help with the appetizer suggestions.  I want it to be playful finger food for example mini sliders, cones of fries, fancy grilled cheese. I found some pictures online of what I'm looking for, suggestions welcome!!!

Thanks,Alia

I think these suggestions look great.  What type of budget are you working with?  I too am doing an appetizer buffet but usinig heavies appetizers as my wedding is later in the day.

Some suggestions that I am using or passed on are:
Mashed potatoes "sundae" -my caterer puts mashed potatoes in a martini type glass than tops it with the toppings of choice for the guest (bacon, sour cream, cheese)

Mini calzones with marinar dipping sauce

macaroni and cheese in a parmesan crusted cup

cheese skewers (or fruit skewers)

chicken salad in a mini sweet potato biscuit

Gook luck and have fun with it!
