You might check out Celia Milton. I know her from another message board, and she's always struck me as caring. And I know she does same-sex ceremonies in New Jersey. (Of course, legal weddings in New Jersey are still impossible, since NJ doesn't recognize them.)

We are using Pattie and Ken Manuel. They are the sweetest couple, and one or both of them can perform the ceremony.

Don't know what your looking for exactly (religious vs secular) but if your Catholic look into the Bishop George Lucey at St. Francis in Glen Ridge (http://www.stfrancisnj.org/), He'll officiant outside the church too. He wasn't available for our date so a father in his community came all the way from New Haven, CT to perform our ceremony, it was really very lovely. And Father Bailey gave us a certificate of marriage and said some really kind words about despite NJ not recognizing us as married the church does.
