I feel like this board has been quiet lately. Not many new posts.

Also I haven't been around as long as some of you girls and have never seen your rings, dresses, etc.

I'd love to see a thread for everyone's main 'need to show' items. Your E ring, W ring, FI/H' ring, your dress, or your favorite engagement picture or wedding picture.

Zims-Your dress looks fantastic. I may have said that before, but I needed to say it again.
Well, as everyone knows, I'm the resident wedding slacker, so I don't have much except a bunch of ideas about that. But an appointment with the priest on Tuesday, yay!

My FI, Archie (the dog) and Huck (the cat) are in my siggy. Here's my ring:

It's worth noting that there is pretty much nothing about this ring that I thought was something I would like except maybe having a sapphire, and I wasn't even sure about that. I was convinced in my head that didn't want any filigree or just one stone and that I wanted yellow gold. But the second I saw this I fell in absolute love with it. I also love that it's older and you can really pick up the handmade details.

So was I when I spotted these suckers! Took me MONTHS to find them! YESSS! They totalllllly smell like bubblegum, and H would make fun of me because I would sit there and smell them HA HA HA! They were pretty comfortable! But, as I said, they broke on me :( I chalk it up to running in muddy streets with hard rocks everywhere because of the rain and snow, and my flower girls who stepped on my foot 3 times prior to the ceremony, though! :) Now I must help you find them. Red with the black heart?

I found the blue with a mirrored/gold heart on sale, and love the look, but I really love the grey with the violet mirrored heart, but they're twice as much on the official website. I really like the white with red heart on them, but I think they've been discontinued. My be-all of them is the gold with red heart. Love them soooo much. They are nowhere.

Irish, I think the girls will be wearing red. The boys are wearing their dress blues so it was either that or blue, and, well...that's a lot of blue. LOL. I was toying with the idea of doing a gunmetal grey, but I don't think I'm modern enough to pull that off. More of a classic gal, that's me.
