This may be TMI for some people, just a heads up...
Ideally, we would love to get married this coming June 18th... but our close friends are expecting their first child on the 16th. Would that be insensitive to set the date for the 18th?! I know no one delivers their babies ON their actual due date (well, a small percentage does, but more often they do not)... I just don't want to steal their thunder, because I am VERY excited for them.
The only other weekend that seems to fall into place nicely would be the following weekend, June 25th... BUT... I'll be on my period. And that's not a whole lot of fun, wearing white, on my period... not to mention our wedding night!!
Other than that, majority rules, and the 18th is our best best... with the exception of that one couple. These 2 dates are really our only options for this year, otherwise, we would probably have to wait until next June to do what we'd like (and I reeeeally don't want to wait).
