SO proposed last week!

First Anniversary 5 Love Its Name Dropper Combo Breaker
in Military Brides



And I asked my bridesmaids/matron of honor last week, 3/4 of them have said heck yes, one is out of town and hasn't gotten her card.

Plus today I bought my wedding dress! I knew which one I wanted, it's the ever popular DB lace/keyhole back one...

We're shooting for the end of August, as it'll be our three year anniversary of dating. :)

    Congratulations! Your dress is stunning. I had mine picked out online way back in the summer and we just got engaged in December haha it's hard to resist:) what branch of military is your fiance?

    Stan, that dress will look amazing on you.  That just seems like the perfect dress for you.  Love it!  I am so excited for you two.  YAY!!!!!

    Awww, Stan, I'm so happy for you!  That's the dress that's caught my eye, too!  I'm waiting until I'm engaged to start trying them on, though.

    I can't wait to see your plans unfold!  We're planning for September 2012 after he finishes law school but before TBS, so likely I'll be posting the same news fairly soon!

    You'll be doing OCS, yes?  We're going to go to the summer graduation for the PLC class (Marines who are going back to school rather than straight to TBS - lots of undergrads, but also JAG contracts in law school).  We've got a bunch of friends headed this summer, so we figure at least a few of them will graduate.

    I know you're very well versed with the Marines and probably very prepared for OCS, but if you have any questions about Quantico or the area, let me know.

Enlisting is always on the table too, since I really want to get deployed, and being PTAD for fifty million months before TBS is not terribly conducive to getting deployed. ;)</div><div>
