Your EPics are stunning! !!! Your dresses are gorgeous and I really like to one with you posing in front of him (in front of the helicopter). and I love the vintage feel. :)

anyway they are beyond pretty and wanted to let you know. (in case you didn't already LoL)

    I totally agree!  You look gorgeous and your FI looks darn sexy in his uniform (but obviously I already have a soft spot for USMC uniforms myself)!

    To be perfectly honest, you are ridiculously pretty.  And my first thought was that I had seen the female candidates at OCS and you are TOO PRETTY to be a Marine!  Haha, I obviously don't mean you CAN'T or SHOULDN'T, just that they should use you as a marketing tool by taking pics of you in uniform once you get through!!!

    haha I think we all are. We were not going to do engagement pictures... than we did but it was a disaster (not the Photog)... just nothing worked out that day. So I am a little jealous of everyone else's. That being said we do have 7 years worth of pictures which is cool, IMO.

    I agree with Calindi they should use you for marketing. And you would make the Female uniform DAMN Sexy. ;) however, I will part and say I am partial to my Airman's uniform but Marines are a close second!

    Haha, thanks Calindi! I definitely look more Marine appropriate without all that make-up, that's for sure, and when I'm making my goon face. I am so excited to see yours (your pics, not your goon face)! I've seen some amazing ones with Marine Os! Which reminds me, have you seen this? http://michellecrossblog.com/?p=1427 While I'm sure we're all quite partial to our proposals, it's pretty darn cute.

    Shan, that's such a bummer! One of my besties from MN didn't like her wedding pics, so they did a redo a couple years later. Nothing wrong with getting some more pics taken!

    We took them in Oklahoma on Valentine's day last year. David decided 2 weeks before my trip out there he wanted E-Pics for our STDs. Found a photog but he didn't have a studio.. we found a couple locations (one being an abandoned train station) well it was a Sunday and I was driving back to MN the next day and the person who was suppose to let us in didn't show up... :( the guy there had to leave in 30 mins so thats all the time we had. We had to take them an hour from base and had a brand new puppy waiting in the car... right after having a major blow out with his parents. I cried off all my make up and the story goes on . Ending up being a bummer of a day but we got 2 or 3 we liked. Our time together is so limited we never were able to reschedule them. C'est la vie! I can't wait for our wedding pics. :)

    Stan your Pics are stunning!!! I love them!!! and They should totally use you on recruiting posters!! I know I was late on this, but I finally looked at all of them and I was blown away!!! I'm really jealous!!

    We didn't have EPics, cause we weren't together, and I have to say that I hate most of our wedding pictures, Hubby hates having his picture taken so in almost all of his he has that Marine grimace on. Oh well, Yours are really beautiful!!

    Shan - I meant Military Nesties, lol, oops! That friend did hers in Colorado. I still say you redo some. Not necessarily engagement pics, just Shan and Mr. Shan all lovey dovey, sans crying.

    The Marine grimace is one reason I'm insistent on engagement photos, just to loosen him up a bit with our photographers!  I'm praying for some good photos, but I'm thinking most will have to have him looking at me rather than the camera.

    David always does one serious "Military" face then one smiling. It was funny 7 years ago now its annoying taking double the pictures LoL

    Stan.. I really want to get pictures done with my/soon to be our Dog. :) He was really bummed when he found our she wont be there for Wedding Pictures.

    Ugh!  What is with these guys and thinking it's unmanly to smile???  Is this just a military thing, because  I remember ex-boyfriends being total hams and loved grinning for the camera?

    I have so many pictures where my FI goes, "That's a nice picture!" and I say, "You look like you hate me!"  And he responds, "I'm not supposed to smile in uniform."  And I say, "Yeah, but you look like you're going to eat my head!  You could at least look happy if not a big grin!!!"

    I finally looked at all the pics Stan and they are gorgeous!  

    We never did E-pics, and sometimes I regret it.  But we would have only used them for the STD and we had a nice one from a Navy Ball so we just used that.  

    Shan- H thinks it's hilarious to look away from the camera when we are taking pics.  So whenever we take a picture I have to look at it, usually smack him in the arm, and then take another one.  It definitely gets old!  Haha I threatened him about doing it on our wedding day.
