    I am not GF, but I am on my 4th day of a low fodmap diet which doesn't allow wheat or rye or garlic or most fruit. I just want a peach and a bagel. BUT I normally can't drink at all bc of meds, but I had a small glass of wine tonight and now I'm tipsy and enjoying it.

    I did compete. Kenny won. Ummm, there was no measuring the distances, but I made it from the end of the coffee table to the beginning of the fish tank. Our distances were marked with flip flops.

    That sound spretty frickin fun. I hope you've both had plenty of the sawce!

    It looks like these boards are full of kitteh fans. I like it. My cats are the only babies I will ever have. My BF and I are too selfish for kids. Sorry, but it's just the truth.

    Gosh Jorja, that's weak sauce. 

    I'm here-ish. I should be doing laundry before the cats lay in it, but eh. FI has been gone most of the day and I'm enjoying his abscence. I'm supposed to make him a birthday cake. I bought numeral candles so he can make me a cake next week for my birthday. That's planning.

    I'm sort of a newbie so no worries! I work in mental health, I'm in a master's program for forensic psych, I like my potatoes mashed, and I have 2 overweight but adorable cats.

    Cat, are you a nurse? I'm a nurse. I work on a stepdown unit, but we usually have at least one patient from the local mental hospital on the unit at any given time. 

    Are you really from Philly? Where abouts?

    I'm a mental health technician. It's kind of like a CNA I guess? But I'm trying to move out of the inpatient shenanigans as soon as possible. We actually live in Manayunk :)

    I prefer animals to most people. Especially since the majority of people I end up working with are entitled drug addicts. I'll take the screaming, spitting psychotic any day. At least they're the real deal and not at the hospital for the meals and "free" bed. The work days can be boring but I end up with awesome stories.     I just got home from our nice dinner.  BF got me a big slice of cake and we picked up some wine.  I got the cupcake wine Angel Food one.  It wasn't what I was expecting but it's really good.  I'm kinda tipsy right now. :-)
