Ditto. I have been a ghost here this week!!

My personal updates are as follows . . . we picked a venue, caterer, rehearsal dinner spot (and more!) during our Tahoe trip Sunday-Tuesday. So yay!! We're in the process of writing checks & signing contracts this week. I'm excited but I'll be honest, there's a little knot in my stomach; it's just so much money to spend and I worry that we're making the right decisions. I didn't realize how difficult making some of these decisions would be!!

What else is everyone up to?

Yes!! I'd love to see the venue! I'm now kind of obsessed with visiting Tahoe. I think I just like saying hoe! In my head I say it more like ta-HOEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd also like to see the venue, if you want to share! : ) I know what you mean about the money too. The more we get into it, the more I think about how it could have gone to a house, but I think when it's all said and done, it will be a wonderful day and it'll be worth it.

Lunar & Elannis you girls are so right!! It's scary putting all that money out there & just hoping everything goes right! I guess I'm especially nervous because we aren't doing anything at a resort where they put it all together for you; it's a private estate where we hired the caterer and rental tables/chairs/etc. So much to think about!! I haven't AW'd yet but I need to. The yard was covered in snow but I took some pics anyway; they're on my computer at home so I'll get those up later today hopefully for the full effect!!

Lunar - any ideas about what photographers to go with? I'd love to check out their websites!

Ha! This is so true -- it's WAY easier to be confident in other people's decisions when it's THEIR money, not yours. :)

And Meg -- I would also like to see some AWing when you get a chance. I might give you a hard time for being so MYWEDDINGAHHHHHH!!!!! but only b/c I'm trying to keep you balanced b/c I care. You're still totes allowed to AW and be excited. I'd give you a hard time if you weren't excited enough. I'm impossible to please. :) So yes, please share!

Ooooo - it's like a conglomeration wedding - all the things from the best of everyone's events together in one!! LOVE!!

And Desert - I appreciate you keeping me sane. It was barely a month ago that we got engaged and we're getting so much done and that's exciting BUT . . . it's mildly overwhelming happening so quickly and all. I've been hesitant to post too much WR stuff because really, it's not necessary and I think it sounds like OMGGGGGIT'SALLABOUTMEEEEEE!!! I will definintely AW some things later though so just catch everyone up with where we're at!
