My period- it messes with my hormones/chemicals...and I start feeling anxious for NO reason. It's SOOO annoying. And...if my anxiety was based on SOMETHING- I could do something about it, you know? Pay the bill. Call the company...Whatever.

But when it's chemical...all I can do is take deep breaths and take some GABA- if I remember to bring it with me, which I NEVER do.

I'd say I hate worrying or stressing about something..especially if it is something that I KNOW I can't control. Also I hate feeling that wave of self-consciousness in certain situations.

YES! I HATE this!!

I also hate when I feel emotionless...That's the pits. It will be like 7 PM- too early to go to bed, but I don't feel like doing ANYTHING. Don't feel like sleeping, don't feel like watching tv, don't want to read, don't want to talk..nothing.

Thankfully that doesn't happen often!

Lunar - I've totally gotten anxiety for no reason. And then I worry about it because I wonder if it's like a premonition feeling of something. All around a bad feeling.

I kind of feel like anxiety/worry/fear/etc is one in the same emotion depending on the situation. And they all suck.

Definitely anxiety/panic. I don't have panic attacks often anymore, but when I do, they're usually at night, and they can wake me out of a dead sleep. And then it's that pit in your stomach that just sits there. I hate it.

Agreed with Jen, jealousy.

I also hate the feeling of "dreading"... and I mean TRULY dreading something. I used to absolutely detest going in to work (at a previous job) because the place was so stressful and miserable, even my off days weren't enjoyable, because I knew that "tomorrow I have to go back".
