i posted last week about our master shower leaking - looks like we may have lucked out and it's the faucet and not the drain.

plumber came out and looked at it on wednesday, and is back to fix this morning. looks like all they will need to do is replace the pipe that the faucet is connected to. we had to have the faucet replaced last year due to the shower bypass breaking, and the pipe looks really corroded - so when we use the shower bypass the water pressure is just making the leak really strong.

we caught it pretty early so there's seemingly no damage to the drywall, etc., and it should be easy/cheap to fix. (only $60 with our home warranty)

the only downside is i won't get a jacuzzi tub out of the deal. :-\\
