COMFORTABLE wedding shoe help needed!
Looking for the perfect dress, jewelry, shoes, and everything underneath? And don’t forget the groom.
Hi all, Any suggestions to find comfortable, non-10" platform heel shoes for the wedding?  And by comfortable I mean like a 2" heel with lots of padding but still look special? Help!

Assuming you're looking for a white satin shoe, Cole Haan has some sensible heels with Nike Air technology built into them, a little pricey but possibly worth it for your wedding if you love them.  There are also white dyeable satin shoes at a variety of price points in lots of different styles, I think David's Bridal had a few styles with sensible heels and reasonably priced.

Thanks!

I've seen the Cole Haan shoes - I just don't know if they are special enough?

And the dyables...gosh the bad memories of those...i don't think i can get over the fushia prom dyables i had!

Try Dansko, their heals are very comfortable and look great too.  I am going with a red patent leather heal from them.  I have fat little hobbit feet, so most shoes are very restricting and I want them off in two minutes.  I feel sexy and love the height they give without worrying about twisting an ankle.

I've heard good things about Butter (available on endless.com) but they're $$.

Did you think about embellishing a shoe with a bow, shoe clip, brooch, or anything else you like to make it more special if you love the shoe?

Aerosoles, Naturalizer, and Born are my comfy shoes go-to. I have a pair in Nina that are decent as well!

I wore a pair of Franco Sarto wedges that were SO comfortable.  Look to Etsy for shoe clips to make even the simplest shoe special.

If you try Zappos you can search by heel height. I bought the Bagley Mischka Lacie shoe in platinum (more of a gold/champagne) but they also make it in white or cream. She has lots of beautiful choices.I was on the same paige as you. I want to be comfortable but still stylish. I cleaned my house in them. They are padded and so easy to wear.

Ok not to sound weird but I found my heels on Ebay.  They are Rocket dogs, blue and have little heart flowers on them. Ok, kinda different but no one will see them anyway so might as well get something fun.  They are 4" wedge heel and I wear them to chruch all the time so I know that the day of won't be an issue, plus once the dancing really starts I will probably change into my cowboy boots.
