Check out www.bridalshoes.com They have several flat options with peep toes. Just choose the "low heel" option and it will sort it for you

They totally exist. Some of my favorite bridal appropriate ones (although they are expensive) are from Vera Wang Lavendar. Look those up.

I got some Vera Wang peep toe flats at Nordstrom's last summer. I believe they have something similar now- good luck!

Zappos did get hacked, but they immediately sent me all the information needed to change my account. They were on top of that stuff quick. I do think you can order from them without having an account made. Or just don't save your cc information to your account, if you make one.

You could also try piperlime.com

I like both zappos and pipelime because they have free shipping and free returns.
