I am doing a thumbprint poster for my guestbook.  I designed it myself and printed it through Vistaprint. I can see the roller marks on the solid grey background. I have had them reprint it three times and the same issue arises.  (They did this for free, with great customer service and all of my other products have been great.)

Now who should I try to print it through?  It can be online or in person. Kinkos? Staples?  It needs to be on a matte cardstock and at least 11"x17".

I use staples for all of my research posters from school.  You just upload the image on your website or take a thumb drive to the store and they'll do it for you.

Tjhe quality on the images and everything comes out great.

katslack brings up a good point, take your current poster in and see if they won't have the same issue. I too recommend Staples. Whenever I don't use VP, I go there to print things out. I've never had a problem and their prices are pretty good too. Good luck!

you can try canvaspress.com - they have a fine art paper that they use, and it's like printing a photo. i used them for my DIY ketubah it came out great. not too pricey either.
