Can anyone tell me what fabric they used to make theirs?  I want it to be white and something I can trace the letters through but I'm not sure what fabric would be right for this.

I can't answer this, but I did see a cute sign once that said "Here Comes Your Bride"

I thought that was a neat twist :)

Pretty much any type of Cotton or muslin fabric would work. You could use a silk or taffeta but an outline treatment would be needed to stop the paint from running. You might also look at VP and order a small banner sign. I got mine free off VP. Just used a dowel rod at the top to keep it crisp and have something to hold onto
