Could you reduce the monogram a bit to get the full border? It's looks kind of weird being cut off like that.
Other than that, it looks so elegant and pretty!!

I'd have the monogram fit within the border as well.

The year should say two thousand twelve not two thousand and eleven. You don't need the and in there

The "and" for the year is debatable if it's required or not. If you don't like it; don't use it.

You don't need "at" before the time.

I agree with pp's and the border going all the way around. Otherwise, great job!
