Some of it looks pink in the pictures but it's all actually black, clear, and shades of purple. I love it so much, I can't wait til it's done :) I also plan to add in more bead strands once it's done as well as a few fabric bows and tiny flowers to fill in empty spots.

No, I just read alot of tutorials and figured out what I liked and played it by ear. When I'm finished with it though I'll make another post with a link to my tutorial. I'll post it on my bio when it's all finished. Thanks so much :)

Oh, thanks so much everyone. I love it so much and I'm so happy with how it turned out.

For everyone asking about where I got my brooches, most of them are actually rhinestone cocktail rings off of ebay. I found that they're cheaper and no different than brooches. I got all of them for about $1 a piece and they're easier to attach to wire than brooches.

This is awesome! I have been collecting cocktail rings as well. I've found way more inexpensive cocktail rings than brooches and figured they'd go on easily.

Thanks everyone.

Sadly yesterday my dog somehow managed to knock over the WHOLE table it was sitting on and they were all falling out and the ball was ruined. I had to get a new ball and I'll be starting all over again. I hate to admit it but I had to cry for like 5 minutes when I saw that it was ruined lol. But who knows, it could be better the second time around.
