Hi all,
I'm new here and my wedding date is Oct 13, 2012. I really need to lose weight before I think about going dress shopping (ideally I should lose more than 50) but for the time frame I don't think that's realistic right now.
So my biggest problem right now is exercise - I have a neuropathy in my foot that makes walking more than a block or two at a time basically impossible. I tried a drug called Lyrica for awhile and it didn't help, but I did gain about 20 pounds
Does anyone have suggestions for cardio that doesn't involve walking/running/treadmill etc?? I've tried the exercise bike and I can do that in limited amounts.
I also have just gotten so out of shape from this problem that now I have NO energy and no motivation. I tend to comfort eat at times too and this is also part of the problem.
