I've never heard of a Jack and Jill shower.. but it sounds more like a bachelor/bachelorette party, in which case those are typically later spending the 'night on the town'. Bridal showers are usually earlier in the day, most around 1 or 2 pm that I've been to.

Jack & Jill as in co-ed shower, Jack & Jill as in fundraiser event for your wedding, or Jack & Jill as in a joint bachelor/bachelorette party?

Is it's the first, early afternoon is usually the norm.

If it's the second, please decline as these are considered rude.

If it's the third, the time they have planned is fine.

I can pretty much assume they aren't planning an orgy. It's likely one of the three Stlrz mentioned. I've seen all three, and two of the options are acceptable, though they have different start times.
