My goal is to lose a little water weight around my tummy and tone up over all. I feel a little self conscious about joining a gym, and there aren't any women's only gyms in my area. I don't have any weight machines at home but have had fun doing exercise videos.
I'm wondering if anyone had any luck toning up at home, and what you used to do it.
also, if anyone had similar inhibitions about joining a co-ed gym, how did you get over it?
