Getting in Shape

MY DRESS DOESN'T FIT!!!!!!!!

You know how many brides lose a bunch of weight right before the big day because they're so stressed? Guess what? I'm not one of them! I stress-eat :[ and I tried on my dress today because I had a sinking fear that I wouldn't fit in it. Technically, we made it fit, but I have a feeling I will pass out half way through the ceremony with how it "fit" -_-. Basically, I have 3 weeks to drop 5-10 pounds which doesn't seem like much but I. Love. Food. Any pointers? I was thinking drinking water like it was going out of style, forgetting soda and Monster, and dropping bread. Does anyone have any quick/inexpensive recipes I could use? Ugh I'm freaking out :[
