I bought Insanity Fast and Furious about a week and a half ago.  Tried it for the first time tonight.  To my understanding, this workout is basically supposed to be a quick 20 minute substitute for days that you can't do a full hour of the normal Insanity workouts.

I was under the impression that I would be working out for a full 20 minutes.  Not the case.  It has the same format as the normal Insanity DVDs.  It starts with a 10 minute long warm up and stretch (I expected a more intense warm up - not the case).  You then work out for 8 minutes, followed by another stretch.  An 8 minute workout???  I barely broke a sweat and didn't even need to take a sip of water.  What a disappointment.  I was really looking forward to this, too.

That's a bummer!  I was really eager to try it.

Hopefully more people will weigh in on how they feel about it.

Yeah... that's no good at all. I love P90X, but it's hard to get the full 60 minutes in. I bough Jillian Micheal's 20 minute shred workout and it's pretty decent. Might be a good option for those busy days. However, anything that is less than 30-45 minutes for me just doesn't have the same kick to it. If you work out regularly, 20 minutes isn't going to feel like much no matter what you do. Always better than nothing though!
