lets hope this works .... 

i was definitely huffing and puffing at the end of this workout ... and my body is like spagetti and the muscles are already feeling it ....

im actually not going to be doing the 6 day workout that insanity offers but i am going to make it a 5 day due to me playing in an adult soccer league on sundays ...

wish me luck!!! 

maybe by week 2 i wont look silly doing all of this!

It definitely gets better!  My H is actually downstairs doing the fit test right now!  I started week 2 today.

I actually think the fit test is harder (or should I say more exhausting) than the workouts themselves.  It does definitely get better though.  The first week, I had to stop for water constantly.  By the end of month 1, I wasn't stopping at all.

Month 2 is a whole different story though.  The first day of month 2 included the fit test plus an hour long workout.  I thought I was going to die.  I'm on my last week of month 2 and I am still struggling.  The exercises aren't any more difficult - it's just that the workouts are so long.  Imagine going as fast an as intensely as you are now - but for an hour or longer.  It's definitely tough.

That being said, I'm definitely planning on repeating Insanity once I finish this week.  I'll probably stick to the first month's workouts though (and add in Insanity Fast and Furious for nights that I don't have enough free time).
