It's Chest and Back for me today + ARX. I bought some heavier weights because the bands are really annoying for some of the arm work and the 8 pounders I have were not getting the job done. I didn't eat what I had planned to for dinner since I felt weird and exhausted so I had a turkey sub and baked lays. I felt much better after all the carbs and I didn't go too far over my daily calories. I'm planning to do two yoga classes and a pilates class this week in addition to the scheduled P90X workouts. I think I might table Yoga X for now and do cardio at the gym instead since it burns more calories and is much more enjoyable. How is everyone else doing? I'm noticing more definition in my arms and my legs look thinner. That last one is really strange to me because I feel like after losing 80 pounds my legs still look like tree trunks, like the rest of me shrunk but they stayed the same. No complaints on the supposed shrinkage now
