  • Hi Favorite!  I'm online today, but I really have NO idea what I'm gonna eat today.  I was gone at a wedding all day yesterday, so needless to say I really need to get back on track today.  No groceries in the house at all, but don't think I'll make it to the store until tomorrow.... today is football day with hubby.  So, I'll give it a whirl with my eating for today:

    B: fiber one bar (2); ww yogurt (1); string cheese (2)
    L: probably a lean pocket or a lean cuisine (5); applesauce (2)
    S: popcorn (1)
    D: chicken (3); corn and green beans with a little light butter (5)
    S: ??????

  • I NEED to do this today because this week has been overly indulgent!
    B: Leftover cavatelli with pesto sauce...
    L: 3 Wasa crackers w/ low fat veggie cream cheese, tangerine, green grapes
    S: More fruit, maybe some baby carrots
    D: Either whole wheat penne w/ marinara, ground turkey, and butternut squash or ground turkey tacos with sauteed peppers and onions.
    E: None!
