I am comfortable with my weight..obviously I could stand to lose a few pounds, but im 5'8" and 125 pounds which according to my doctor is an "ideal" weight.
However! I had a baby last year and still have my.. mummy tummy, love handles and back fat that I would like to tone up before the wedding.. as well the upper area of my arms..my dress is strapless... 
I dont want to go to the gym, because it is too much of a process, that I simply dont have time for.
So I am looking for tips and suggestions on things I can do at home, that doesnt require workout equipment..I will buy those little weights and a mat but nothing extensive..
