What do yo do when you have an employee (I'm a manager of 8 people) that thinks they are invited to the wedding. Mind you, I've never mentioned anything about the size of the wedding or who was invited at all. I've known this person for about 6 years and I feel if I invite her, then i need to invite the rest of my employees (3 of them i'm not close with at all) the other five i have conversations with them on a daily basis, but no outside of work relationships. Do I just hope that she doesn't question why she doesn't get an invitation or invite her so i don't have a pissed off employee?
