Non-RSVP'ers

How many people did you have to call/email? I'm dreading asking my sister/MOH to do this!

Re: Non-RSVP'ers

  • my family are chronic non-rsvp'ers so we had our parents call/email about 60 people. we even had members of the wedding party not send back their rsvp cards--some of them have still not rsvpd. but fortunately peopel did seem to get their acts together aroundthetime of the rsvp deadline. we increased by about 70 guests over 7 days.

This.  Shouldn't you and your FI be calling your guests?

I'm fully expecting to call more than half of those invited.
  • Why would your MOH do it?

We split the non responders list between us and our parents.
  • 25, we contacted most of them. Our parents contacted their non-RSVPing friends. It's a pain!

  • My parents are not really "involved" . My MOH, sister has offered so we don't have to put people on the spot.
