Wedding website in STD?

I have more questions about save-the-dates! Did you include the URL for your wedding website on your Save the dates? The whole reason I created the wedding website was so that my guests would have a convenient way to get driving directions, hotel information, and gift registry information......so I figure I will put the website address on our save-the-dates. I just want to make sure that it isn't a strange thing to do....I guess I need reassurance that other brides, have done it too! Has anyone done this on their STDs? And have you found that your guests thought it was helpful?

I am!  Same reason - I want them to be able to plan their trip, and there are lots of resources that I've provided on my site so I want them to have access to it early.

These are my STDs (anonymized, so the website doesn't actually work and those aren't actually our names):

We did!  We have some people coming from across the country, so they were very happy to see all of the travel info, hotels, etc. ahead of time.

I am including a mini moo card ( http://us.moo.com/ ). It's like a mini business card and since we are not using our pictures for the STDs, I'm going to put our picture on the moo card along with our website. When I send out the STDs I have both the STD and the hotel card I had made so I am going to tie them with raffia, hole punch the moo card and have it hanging off. I've seen it done numerous times on weddingbee but for some reason I can't get the picture to come up.

Here it is - They did it with their invitations but I'm doing it with the STDs. Their website is on the back of the card but I am going to try to put it on the front in case people don't look at the back.

Yup- I just put the site on a business card on Vistaprint and got it for free :)

We included it on ours.  It's a nice way for people to get information before they even get the invite in case they want to book a hotel earlier, make plans, etc.

Here are the ones that I made.  I did a custom upload and made the large magnets on vistaprint.
