My name is Sonya, and my FI's name is Adam. He proposed on New Year's Day! We aren't getting married until August 2014, so I figured talking to other newly engaged brides would help out. :]

By the end I'll have had a 2 year engagement. Best advice I can give you is do not ask your WP too soon!

 Thanks ladies!! I am defniitely waiting for a very long time to ask my wedding party! So many people could come in and out of my life in the next couple of years. I am really having a hard time with wanting to just start planning already! So to get that feeling out of the way, I've mostly just been browsing pictures and stuff, making mental notes, and saving some pics that I really like. And pinterest, of course! Haha.
