I would get clear plastic dividers for the binder as well as divider tabs with labels for her, that way she can look through the magazines and rip our her favorite dress/flower/etc photos and put them in her binder. She can toss the pages out and replace them with contracts and purchasing info as time/planning progresses. I'd also suggest tickets or dates for the next bridal show in her area :)

Get her an invite to Pinterest. She may hate you for it in the long run if she gets addicted, but there are so many amazing ideas out there and it's a great way to organize and save them all in the same place.

I got three or four wedding planning books when I got engaged. They sit on the bookshelf, unused. I'm still far out from my wedding day, but when I do start doing a lot more planning, I have a binder I made because I wanted things organized a certain way. I made another one for FI because he's doing a lot of the booking stuff - venue, DJ, photographer - and we needed a place to keep all of our notes organized.

Wine is a great present, though.

Stickers from the craft store, and I have found some yesterday at a dollar store that are very sweet and say bride, wedding, happy endings, and cute things like that.
