I would like to start by saying I am completely new to the whole wedding thing.  We are both very casual people along with both families.  Our basic concept for the entire event is family, friends, fun, and celebrating....not formalities.  With that said, I am having a September wedding.  With so many fabulous colors, I am at a stand still.  My FH (I am slowly figuring out these initials) wants a camo vest.  I figured a camo garter and maybe the bridesmaids in black with maybe a green sash or something similar.  And yes I realize people think that is redneck and ridiculous, but it's not all about me.  Sorry I will get to the point...Can I add fall colored flowers..like oranges, yellows, and reds?  Or is that way too much?  Can I leave the blacks, greens, and browns for mainly the ceremony, but brighten up the reception with fall like decor?  I don't want to go overboard tho.  It will be very simple, rustic, etc.  Please help..Thanks

Minus the camo, these sound like my wedding plans! Let's just get together, celebrate love, and have a fun and casual party!
Congrats!
That being said, I think adding anything bright orange or red may look funny with the camo, but keeping with the greens and yellows sounds very pretty and natural. That's what we're going for, our colors are ivory, light gray, and yellow.
Good luck!

I think if you want to do the whole camo thing for the ceremony and then more of a fall color theme for the reception is fine but I agree with PP that having both sets of colors (camo with the fall colors) will look a little funny together.
