Hey all!  So I saw that the Hersheys Dark Kisses are on sale and I think they would be perfect for our reception favors.  My question is, do we have to wrap a few up individually for each guest, or can we just put like 2 bowls on each table?

We were thinking of not doing any favors at all since we're on a tight budget, but I didn't know if that would be tacky?

We skipped favors and no one missed them.  One guest didn't even realize it until I mentioned it to her three months later.

If you *do* do them, I would wrap them individually.  People aren't going to want to grab some and throw them in their pockets.

I am "deaf-initely" one of a kind.

As an avid chocolate lover I would have no problem dumping a bowl of kisses into my purse...but, I would wrap them individually or do more of a candy table for guests to put candy into individual bags themselves.

You can easily buy tulle or small bags/boxes that you can then throw a few kisses in a finish off with a bow or sticker.

I also agree with wrapping them individually.

if you're going to do them (which is an awesome idea-who does't like a few chocolates) but them into small bags. you can get the bags REALLY cheap at craft stores.

I would package them individually as well.  We are actually making chocolate covered pretzel rods for our favors!  We bought clear cellophane bags off of ebay, some rolls of gross grain ribbon, and tags from Wiltons all for about $18 (for 100 favors).  You could skip the tags and just get the bags in a smaller size and wrap them with the ribbon.  Gross grain ribbon is about $1 a roll, without a sale.
